PENGARUH BEBAN KERJA DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP STRES KERJA PADA PEGAWAI BALAI PRASARANA PERMUKIMAN WILAYAH SULAWESI SELATAN

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap stress kerja pada pegawai Balai Prasarana Permukiman Wilayah Sulawesi Selatan. Sumber data pada penelitian ini berupa data primer yang diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 37 pegawai dengan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh jumlah populasi. Uji yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi uji instrument (uji validitas, dan uji reliabilitas), uji asumsi klasik (uji normalitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, dan uji multikolinearitas), uji hipotesis (uji parsial, uji simultan, uji koefisien determinasi). Data yang digunakan adalah data kuantitatif dengan alat analisis regresi berganda menggunakan aplikasi olah data SPSS Versi 26. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan (1) beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap stress kerja pegawai, (2) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap stress kerja pegawai, (3) beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap stress kerja pada pegawai Balai prasarana permukiman wilayah sulawesi selatan.

This research aims to determine the effect of workload and work environment on work stress in employees of the South Sulawesi Regional Settlement Infrastructure Center. The data source in this research is primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires to respondents. The population in this study was 37 employees with the sample in this study being the entire population. The tests used in this research include instrument tests (validity test and reliability test), classical assumption tests (normality test, heteroscedasticity test and multicollinearity test), hypothesis tests (partial test, simultaneous test, coefficient of determination test). The data used is quantitative data with multiple regression analysis tools using the SPSS Version 26 data processing application.  The test results show (1) workload has a positive and significant effect on employee work stress, (2) the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee work stress, (3) work load and work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on work stress for employees of the South Sulawesi regional infrastructure center.
