PENGARUH KERJA SAMA TIM TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA DINAS PERUMAHAN, KAWASAN PERMUKIMAN DAN PERTANAHAN PROVINSI SULAWESI SELATAN

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kerja sama tim terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Perumahan, Kawasan Permukiman dan Pertanahan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif  dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan merupakan penelitian populasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Dinas Perumahan, Kawasan Permukiman dan Pertanahan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan sebanyak 35 orang. Uji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji regresi linear sederhana dan mendapatkan hasil yaitu: Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji analisis regresi linear sederhana menujukkan variabel kerja sama tim secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Perumahan, Kawasan Permukiman dan Pertanahan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan.

This study aims to determine the influence of teamwork on employee performance at the Housing, Settlement and Land Office of South Sulawesi Province. This study is a quantitative research with a descriptive approach and is a population study. The sample in this study is 35 employees of the Housing, Settlement and Land Office of South Sulawesi Province. The hypothesis test in this study uses a simple linear regression test and obtained the following results: Based on the results of the hypothesis test using a simple linear regression analysis test, it shows that the teamwork variable partially affects the performance of employees of the Housing, Settlement and Land Office of South Sulawesi Province
