Pengaruh Beban Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Bagian Produksi pada PT. Phillips Seafoods Indonesia Sulawesi Plant

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Beban Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Bagian Produksi PT. Phillips Seafoods Indonesia Sulawesi Plant. Data yang digunakan adalah berupa kusioner/angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis regresi linear berganda dan uji hipotesis. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 206 orang, kemudian ditarik sampel berdasarkan rumus Slovin akhirnya didapat 136 orang karyawan bagian produksi yang di jadikan responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan serta beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of workload and work environment on employee performance in the production department of PT. Phillips Seafoods Indonesia Sulawesi Factory. The data used is in the form of a questionnaire/questionnaire. The data analysis techniques used are validity testing, reliability testing, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. This type of research uses quantitative research methodology. The population in this study was 206 people, then samples were drawn based on the Slovin formula and finally 136 production employees were used as respondents. The results of this research show that workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and the work environment has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance and workload and work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
